SHIPPING

  • Orders are processed from Milan or Rome, Italy, from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed the day following the order date, or the first available working day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
  • Shipping across the world is free for orders over €350 / 400, depending on the country. The shipping cost is always charged to costumers if it is a raffle win.
  • After the order is processed, shipping times are: to USA 2 days, to China 2/3 days, to Australia 4 days.
  • The amount of transactions made by credit card is charged at the time of order processing.
  • We’d like to inform our clients that delays in shipments may occur during promotions and sales.
  • Please note that it is illegal to declare on the invoice values ​​lower than the amount actually paid by the customer or to declare goods as GIFTS, therefore requests from customers relating to these activities will not be accepted.
  • One Block Down cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, customs controls or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • When the order will be tendered to the courier, customers receive an email providing the tracking number (AWB) related to the order together with a link to track the order.
  • At delivery time, customer are kindly invited to carefully inspect the parcel before signing and confirming the completed delivery of the same. One Block Down's parcels are carefully sealed.
  • In case the customer receives a parcel that has been opened by Customs or by the Carrier for authtorized inspections, the parcel will be closed with a guarantee seal by the specific authority.
  • If the package appears to have been tampered with or the original adhesive tape is not intact, the customer is asked to sign the reception of the package with reserve or to refuse delivery of the package. In case of evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is required to open a complaint with the local DHL office and to contact promptly One Block Down at the email address contact@oneblockdown.it.
  • In the case of a tampered package, if the customer does not sign the receipt with reservation, the delivery is automatically considered accepted and consequently any complaints will not be accepted.
  • By placing an order, customers establish a commercial relationship with One Block Down and commit to accept delivery of the parcel related to the order placed. If the parcel cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect phone number, wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver), or if the customer refuses to collect the parcel, the parcel will be returned to the sender One Block Down in Italy at customer’s expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax fees; the amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.

RETURNS

  • For any reason, the customer can return the order, in whole or in part. Items can be returned for cash or credit refunds within 14 days of receiving the package. The items must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally sent, well packaged and with the return sign still attached.
  • Returned items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. The soles of the footwear must be in perfect condition and not showing any signs of use.
  • The items must be returned with all the original labels, wrappers and other accessories (dustbag, clothing covers, etc.) received in the package. The footwear and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, which must not be damaged and altered or used as a packing box for shipping.
  • To return the goods, costumers are asked to visit the return center and request their return authorisation number (RAN). The request will be processed by our operators and you will receive by email all the instructions for making the return shipment.
  • Authorized returns must be shipped from the same country where the order was originally shipped.
  • The shipping costs related to the return of the goods are charged to the customer.
  • To start your return request, please visit our return center by clicking on the link in the footer.

REFUNDS

  • In the event that the customer requests the refund of the returned order, the refund is made upon receipt of the package and only after quality control of the returned items.
  • For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be visible on the next card statement. The processing time may vary depending on the credit card company, in any case it is about 20 working days.
  • Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase.
  • Shipping costs are never refunded.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
To proceed with a return do I have to fill out a form or contact you before proceeding?

Visit our return center and fill the form with your mail and order number. The order number should be the one you want to return. Follow the instruction in order to open your return request

Is it possible to return or change a product purchased at a discounted price or on sales?

Yes, return and exchange are always available within the 14 days policy

How does your return policy work?

We hope you love everything that you order from us, but don’t worry if something isn’t quite right. You have 14 days upon receipt of your order to return the item(s), or to exchange them for a different size of the same item(s).
Please note that all returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging.
Items returned in non-resellable conditions, won’t be eligible for refund, and we will need to send it back to you. If returning footwear, please use an outer packaging to protect the shoe box, it is part of the product.
Any damage to the shoe box may result in the return being refused.
The return shipment will be on your charge. The cost of initial shipment will be deducted from the refund, and any cost related to customs duties for return goods in case of return from countries outside Europe will be deducted from refund.

Will I pay import duties?

When returning items from outside the eu, you may incur import duties. They are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country, and customers must take charge of them. please note that we will deduct any eventual import duties related to your return from your refund. for exchanges, we will ask you to provide your payment before sending out your new size.

Can i return an exchanged item?

Unfortunately we can accept only one exchange for each order. So, return for an exchanged item is not allowed.

How long does it take to get my refund?

We generally process refunds within 2 business days upon arrival of returns. Please note that paypal refunds are immediate, while card refunds can take up to 10 business days before showing up on your account, due to varying processing times among payment providers.


RAFFLE
How can I take part to a raffle?

Click directly on the product in raffle to proceed with the registration and partecipate in the raffle. Follow the instructions to fill in the registration form by answering correctly all the questions

How the draw happens?

The draw is made by an automatic system. That system automatically exclude the same or similar address so multiple subscriptions will be excluded from the raffle.

I’ve just won the raffle and I’ve received the email how can I finalize my order?

In the email you can find a link that will brings you directly to the page to finalize the payment and confirm the order.

 
Which payment methods can I use if I won?

Payment method available are PayPal and credit card

How many days I have to pay and confirm the order?

Since you receive the email that attempts your victory you have 2 days (48 hours) to finalize the payment. After that terms your victory will be retired and the product will be assigned to a new customer.

How my order will be shipped?

The orders will be shipped with our shipping services, just like any other standard orders. Shipping costs are always charged to the customer.

Is it possible to change the delivery address or size?

It’s not possible to change the address or size entered during the registration.

Is it possible to return or change a product won by the raffle?

It’s not possible to change a product won by raffle. By the way you can return the product within the established time.

I did’t received any winning email, what does it mean?

Check the spam folder for the presence of our email. If you have not received any email other than the registration one, it means that you have not been extracted.

Is it possible to pick up the product in store?

No, it's not possible to pick up in store raffle wins.

Do I need to have an account to make an order?

No, you don't need an account to create an order. By subscribing to our site through your account, you will have the possibility to: make an order, review past orders, add items to your wishlist, save your shipping information so you can shop quicker.

Is my personal information kept private?

At ONE BLOCK DOWN, we commit to protecting your privacy. we do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others, period. for more details, please see our full privacy policy.

How long does orders dispatch usually take?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days upon receipt. Please note that the dispatch process can take up to 3-4 business days during promotional offers and seasonal sale.

Does products images on your website match the real products?

The main items features are shown online, on each product page. Images available on our site may not exactly correspond to the real items in terms of image and colors, due to the internet browser or monitor used.

Can i order an item that is sold out?

Products listed as sold out are no longer available for sale.

Can i amend or cancel my order?

Orders can't be aimed. if your order has not been dispatched yet we can cancel it. As long as your order status is "working", we can cancel it and give you full refund. Once your order status turns into "sent", you cannot cancel your order. Please note that we cannot combine orders or add extra items to existing orders.

What is my order status?
    • Confirmed: order was created, waiting for shipment.
    • On its way: order processed and the shipment is in transit.
    • Out for delivery: the shipment arrived in your customer's area and will be delivered to your customer soon.
    • Delivered: order received.
    • Attempted delivery: the carrier attempted to deliver the shipment to the destination address, but was unsuccessful.
Can i combine orders or add extra items to existing orders?

No, it's not possibile.

Can i amend my shipping information once i have made my order?

That's not an option we offer. if you realize your shipping details are incorrect, you can get in touch with us to try to help you out.

What do I do if there is any error with my order?

If you have not yet received your order or have not received what you wanted, or for any other problem, please contact us to resolve the incident as soon as possible.

Can I ask to hold or preorder a product?

We don't allow to hold or preorder any item.

Do you price adjust?

If once you've purchased your items, you realize that a promo has started on our website, please note that we don't price adjust.

Do you price match?

If you spot other online retailers selling the items that we sell at lower prices, feel free to get in touch, and we will be glad to check if price match is doable. please note that we can price match only if the below conditions are valid: the item has to be full price and not subject to any promos. the item has to be available for sale as we will match the price shown online. the item to be price matched has to be identical to the one listed on One Block Down and in stock on both websites.

How does customer service work?

Our customer service team works from monday to friday (holidays excluded) from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm (CET). We do our best to manage all the requests submitted outside this time slot in the shortest time possible.


PAYMENTS
Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, JCB Cards and Union Pay. You can also choose to pay with PayPal.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

All pages on the store that ask for or display personal data, including your credit card information, are secured by 128-bit ssl (secure socket layer) encryption.

Which taxes do you apply to my order?

All our prices are without VAT and they will be charged depending on your country. Any custom duties will be charged to the customers.

I'm a non-eu customer, do your prices include import duties?

No, our shipments are dap (delivery at place), which means that the recipient of the shipment must take charge of any eventual import duties. import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be as customs policies vary from country to country. it may be a good idea to contact your local customs office before you order so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. please note that customers take full liability for all shipment costs and any eventual customs charges even if they refuse to accept a parcel due to high import duties or taxes. american customers: order under 800$ won't be charged for any import duties. australian customers: order under 1000AU$ won't be charged for any import duties.

When will my account be charged for my order?

If your card is authorized, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has gone through. If your card is not authorized payment will be rejected and you will get an email informing that an error occurred If you're charged for your order but cannot see it on your account contact us and we will fix the issue.

Can you declare low values on invoices?

We are not allowed to declare low values on invoices, or to mark orders as gifts. We must declare the real value of products.


SHIPPINGS
Where do you ship to? With which courier?

We ship almost all over the world with DHL express service. We do not ship to: Russia, Bielorussia, and Ucraina.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, with orders over €350 / 400 depending on the country.

What's the estimated time of arrival for shipment?

Generally it will takes from 2 till 4 days to be delivered, it may changes in case of customs or meteorological issues. carriers generally make three attempts to deliver your parcel. if delivery fails after three delivery attempts, the parcel will be sent to us. any eventual import duties or shipping fees related to the return of your parcel will be deducted from your refund. please note that the original shipping costs - if any - are never refunded.

If your tracking number doesn't work immediately it's because it's ready to be picked by the carrier, check it later. if you don't have any tracking number for your order, please check your spam folder, or get in touch with us.
